The THRS series of Emergency Escape Breathing Devices (EEBD) are self-contained compressed air breathing protection devices, designed and manufactured to the requirements of latest standards. It can provide constant flow air for 15 minutes and above, easy to operate. After opening the decompression cylinder valve, put on hood and then can be used normally, no need other additional actions.

EEBD mainly used in ships, high-rise buildings, commercial places, transportation departments, etc. to escape in toxic, harmful, smog and oxygen-deficient environments. It is a high-performance personal protective device for protecting respiratory organs.

The compressed air stored in the cylinder is reduced to 0.6~0.9 MPa medium-pressure air through the pressure reducing cylinder valve, and is sent to the hood for breathing at a constant flow rate of not less than 35 L/min. The gas cylinder is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the residual air pressure in the gas cylinder in real time. The hood is equipped with an exhaust valve to discharge the gas exhaled by the user out of the hood. Since the air pressure in the hood is greater than the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, the ambient gas can not enter the hood to achieve respiratory protection purposes.

1. Hang the backpack on the neck (also hand-held or shoulder-shouldered), place it on your chest and adjust the straps moderately.

2. Hold the backpack with your left hand, open the zipper of the backpack with your right hand, take out the hood and pull out the release pin, and the constant flow air of EEBD will be released immediately.

3. When there is airflow, wear the hood from top to bottom on the head, and point thenose and mouth mask to the face, adjust to fell comfortalbe.

Note: Avoid grabbing the medium pressure tube and pulling out the hood forcibly when remove the hood from backpack and wear.

1. The pressure gauge value should be checked regularly and the gas should be replenished in time when the remaining air pressure is below 200 Bar.

2. The gas cylinder should be make one hydraulic test every three years (the test pressure should not be less than 1.5 times of the design pressure), it can be used after passing the test. The service life of the cylinder is 20 years.

3. This product should avoid heavy pressure, high temperature baking, cold freezing and sun exposure.

1. It must be cleaned after each use. Do not immerse the cylinder or decompression cylinder valve in the clear water during cleaning (backpack, mask and other exposed parts, wipe with a clean soft cloth).

2. After cleaning, the hood should be folded into the backpack. If the hood is damaged, replace it immediately.

Note: Do not fold the wet hood directly into the backpack, otherwise it will cause the hood to be sore and damaged.
