This positive pressure air breathing apparatuses (RHZK6-30 SCBA) are self-contained open breathing apparatuses. This series of products, which are ideal personal breathing protectors for the fireman and emergency rescuer, are widely used in such sectors as fire fighting, chemical industry, shipping, petroleum, smelting, electricity, warehouse, lab, mine, for the firemen and emergency rescuers to perform effectually rescue and relief work under the conditions of heavy smoke, poison gas, steam and hypoxia, etc.

1. Under thick smoke and oxygen-poor condition and any air environment with toxic gas,smoke gas and vapor pollution.

2. Under the air environment with temperature between-30degrees and+60 degrees,relative humidity between o and 100% and air pressure between 70Kpa and 125Kpa.

The high-pressure air is depressurized by a pressure-reducer and then transported to the supply valve through a median-pressure pipe.The supply valve and face mask is connected and when the wearer respires, the supply valve will output adequate air to the wearer according the respiratory demand. And when the wearer exhales, the supply valve stops to output the air and the expiratory air will be released to the air through the expiratory valve in the full face mask. During the cycle process of respiration and expiration, the air always flows into the same direction because of the control of the respiratory valve and releasing valve. And in the whole process, the pressure inside the face mask remains larger than that of the outside air so that the wearer's safety can be guaranteed.

1. When wearing the respirator, first pull out the quick connector in order to avoid the harmful scratches to the mask), then carry the respirator on the back with the cylinder valve underneath and then adjust the waist belts and shoulder belts according to the stature until it is suitable, tight and comfortable.

2. Connect the quick connectors and lock them tightly and then place the face mask on front of the chest for the easy wearing soon.

3. Separate the supply valve and full face mask absolutely, turn on the cylinder valve and then observe the pressure reading to estimate the running period.

4. Wear the mask, tighten the face mask belts so as to fit well the face mask with forehead and face and keep air-tight and then connect the supply valve and face mask. Try a deep breath for two to three times and it is OK to use it if it feels comfortable.

5. When a work is completed,loose the bands, separate the fire-fighting helmet and the mask, take down the mask and tum off the supply valve at the same time. And then take off the respirator and turn off cylinder valve.

1) On hearing the alarm sound, prepare to finish the work in the dangerous area and leave there as soon as possible.

2) Fix the pressure gage on the shoulder belts of the respirator so as to observe the reading to estimate the amount of the air left in the cylinder.

3) Do not turn off the quick connector before the cylinder valve is turned off. Release the left air until empty and then turn off the quick connector.
