Foldable Life Jacket

The marine foldable life jacket fabric select high-strength polyester oxford, buoyancy material is EPE closed-cell foam. It is equipped with lifejacket light, whistle buddy line and lifting loop. Lifejacket can be divided into slipover-style, vest style, and foldable-style according to different designs.

There were no signs of damage after ten cycles at -30 °C and +65 °C ambient temperature, such as shrinkage, cracking, swelling, decomposition or changes in mechanical properties.

The strength of the jacket itself and the lifting ring should be ≥3200N

Shoulder strength ≥900N

Whistle string strength ≥225N

Buoyancy: after 24 h buoyancy will loss less than 5%

(1) Wear the front of foldable life jacket on the neck toward the "front" direction,the fastening strap is passed from the back waist to the front to insert the buckle.

(2) Sort out the life jacket and tighten the belt, fasten the collar buckle and check the position of lifejacket light and whistle.

(3) Contact and friction with sharp objects should be avoided during use in order to protect the foldable life jacket from fray.
