Marine Clock

A Marine Clock is a device used to measure time and determine the position of a ship. It is usually waterproof, shock-resistant and highly accurate, and can be used in harsh offshore environments. Navigation bells are commonly used in operations such as ship navigation, diving and ship navigation.

The CZ-01 quartz ship clock is a new product that combines electronic technology with traditional mechanical clock manufacturing technology. The movement is made of metal materials. The finished product uses a high-frequency crystal to drive a stepper motor through a CMOS integrated circuit to drive the pointer to indicate time. It has the characteristics of accurate timing, reliable operation, easy use, low power consumption, etc., and is suitable for ship clocks and other timing clocks.

After the 194304MHz quartz resonator generates oscillation through the integrated circuit, it drives the stepper motor through frequency division, power amplification and other processes, and then drives the pointer and second hand through the transmission gear train. The operation mode is second jump.

1. After unpacking, first read the instruction manual and check that the accessories are complete.

2. Install the battery: Press the clock case by hand and rotate the red mark on the door handle to the direction of the clock face as shown in the figure, pull it out, open the clock case, put the battery into the battery box in the positive and negative direction, and the clock will start running. Close the clock case and turn the door handle to lock it.

3. Needle pulling: Rotate the needle pulling handle to pull the minute hand and hour hand to the required position. You can pull it forward or backward.

4. Fixing method:

(1) Can be hung.

(2) Fixed installation: Open the clock case according to the second method, use 3 screws and washers to penetrate into the three moisture-proof rubber ring holes at the bottom, and fix it on the wall board.

Note: The 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions on the clock face should be installed vertically.
