The SCBA positive pressure gauge air respirator electronic sound and light alarm is a new generation of residual air pressure alarm equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of MCS.339(91). It is specially used for residual pressure alarm of air respirators. It combines a pointer pressure gauge with an electronic sound and light alarm. When the pressure in the cylinder drops to 5.5±0.5MPa, the alarm emits a continuous buzzing sound and red and white strong light flashing signals. Compared with the traditional pneumatic whistle alarm, the electronic sound and light alarm has the function of simultaneous alarm sound and light, and the function of light prompts at different pressure levels to ensure that respirator users or on-site monitoring personnel receive residual information through a variety of prompt methods. Air pressure information and alarm signals can effectively ensure the breathing and safe evacuation of users.

Instructions
1. Start up
Press the power switch key and the indicator light will light up, and the electronic sound and light alarm will enter working status.
The electronic alarm has an automatic start-up function. When the air pressure in the gas cylinder is greater than 2MPa, open the gas cylinder valve switch, and the electronic alarm will automatically turn on and enter the working state.
2. Shut down
To shut down, you need to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to prevent unintentional shutdown.
Before shutting down, the remaining air in the high-pressure pipe must be completely depressurized. If the air pressure in the system is greater than 2MPa, the alarm will automatically be in working mode and cannot be turned off.
3. Alarm status
When the air pressure in the cylinder drops to 5.5±0.5MPa, the electronic alarm buzzer emits a continuous chirping sound greater than 90dB. At the same time, the four LED lights around the pressure gauge emit white flashes and the power indicator light emits red flashes.
4. Other display states
a Air pressure indicator light
When the air pressure in the cylinder is greater than 10MPa, the air pressure indicator light is always green;
When the air pressure in the cylinder is greater than 6MPa and less than 10MPa, the air pressure indicator light is solid yellow;
When the air pressure in the cylinder is less than 6MPa, the air pressure indicator light will flash in red.
b Battery indicator light
When the battery power is only 20% of the total power, the power undervoltage indicator light (yellow light) starts to light up.
Precautions
1. The electronic sound and light alarm uses CR123 lithium battery, and batteries of other specifications must not be used instead.
2. When replacing the battery, the alarm should be turned off first. It is strictly forbidden to replace the battery while the power is on. Replaced used batteries should be stored in a centralized manner according to battery recycling rules and should not be thrown around to pollute the environment.
3. After replacing the battery, make sure the battery compartment is completely sealed.
