The overall scale of this exhibition is the largest ever, attracting more than 2,000 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions. About 42% are overseas companies, including 15 companies from Denmark, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Norway, the United States, the United Kingdom and China. Enterprises from countries and regions participate in the exhibition in the form of national or regional pavilions.

With the continuous growth of China's marine equipment industry chain, both the exhibition area and the number of exhibitors in the domestic pavilion have exceeded the historical maximum by more than 10%. In terms of the number of exhibitors, exhibitors from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong and Guangdong ranked the top five. Focusing on the theme of integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, Nantong, Zhoushan and Shanghai Pudong will continue to organize groups to participate in this exhibition, and Zhenjiang will also form a group for the first time. Ship-related universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Engineering University, Wuhan University of Technology and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology will also continue to appear at this exhibition.

At the same time, it is expected that this exhibition will attract more than 70,000 professional visitors from more than 100 countries and regions. Compared with the previous session, all data have improved and set a new high.

It is reported that the Advanced Maritime Forum was held from December 4th to 7th. This year's theme is "Innovation, Intelligence, Carbon Neutral", including "Theme Reports", "Ships and Offshore Engineering", "Shipping and Ports" and "Maritime Finance and Law" "Supporting Equipment and Technology", a special forum "Cruise" was also added. The content of the Advanced Maritime Forum adheres to innovation, is in line with the development progress of the current "decarbonization" plan of the maritime industry, and reflects the latest development trends of the current international maritime industry.

During the same period of the exhibition, relevant departments, industry organizations, media and enterprises will also spontaneously organize various forums, technical exchange meetings, product launches, signing ceremonies and award ceremonies, etc., with the number of activities reaching hundreds. The Pudong Shipping Week held this week has nearly 50 academic, business and other activities. Various exciting activities will jointly promote Shanghai to once again become the center of the global maritime industry.
