Lifebuoy is one of the key life-saving equipment equipped in the boat, which is suitable for the life-saving equipment that the staff should show to the super news when they are drowning, and open a display position for the drowning staff to quickly confirm the direction of the drowning staff and improve the pass rate of rescue. In addition, the lifebuoy can also be used as a personal life-saving device in the whole process of survival in distress of the ship.

Lifebuoy wholesale explanation
(1) The lifebuoy should only be stored around the ladder mouth when the boarding and disembarking equipment is applied;
(2) The lifebuoy should be connected to a self-lighting floating lamp and a floating lifeline together;
(3) Non-boarding and disembarking equipment such as sailing, anchoring, and berthing do not need to be stored during the application period. If storage is required, the self-lighting floating lamp or floating lifeline should be removed from the lifebuoy to avoid wasting precious assistance time during emergency applications.
(4) A lifebuoy with a self-flashing light should be set around the pilot's boarding and disembarking equipment.

Lifebuoys can be divided into several types according to different raw materials: polyethylene cloth lifebuoys, polyurethane material high-pressure polyethylene composite lifebuoys and film-raising high-pressure polyethylene lifebuoys. The core board of the polyethylene cloth lifebuoy is made of polyethylene raw materials, and the core board of the circle body is covered with fiberglass cloth, and coated with 3 layers of urea-formaldehyde resin to produce a sealed FRP anti-corrosion cover, and several layers of paint are brushed on the cloth. Because polyethylene raw materials are very easy to embrittlement in a high-temperature natural environment and under long-term direct exposure to ultraviolet light, the paint layer is very easy to detach, and the dissolution and shrinkage reaction after encountering oil, so that the buoyancy and compressive strength slowly fade and other poor oil resistance problems, the competent authorities have issued a document strictly prohibiting the configuration and application of polyethylene wrapped lifebuoys. The high-pressure polyethylene composite lifebuoy is made of polyethylene plastic raw materials as the casing, and the foamed polyurethane raw materials are filled inside, which deals with the defects of polyethylene wrapped lifebuoys. The film-raising high-pressure polyethylene lifesaving is a new type of lifebuoy, which has better technical characteristics.

According to the main use, it can be divided into a lifebuoy composed of a spontaneous smoke data signal and a self-flashing light, a lifebuoy with a floating lifeline, a lifebuoy with a self-flashing light and a general lifebuoy:
1. The lifebuoy composed of spontaneous smoke data signal and self-flashing light is generally set on both wings of the bridge, which is suitable for the ship to quickly release the lifebuoy when the staff is drowning during the sailing period, so as to mark the direction of the drowning staff, so as to learn to put down the lifeboat (help) boat to carry out rapid rescue after the ship slows down.
2. The lifebuoy with a floating lifeline is suitable for the drowning staff during the berth period of the boat, or throwing it to the drowning staff when assisting them, and pulling the drowning staff to a convenient position for assistance.
3. The lifebuoy with self-flashing light is suitable for throwing it to the staff when they are drowning at night, so that the drowning staff can grasp the lifebuoy and mark the general direction of the drowning staff.
4. Generally, lifebuoys are all over the ship, which is used as a filling application for other lifebuoys.
