Life Jacket Structure Composition
Buoyancy material: This is the core part of the life jacket, providing buoyancy. For example, in some marine life jackets, high-density polyethylene foam is used, which can provide sufficient buoyancy and has good water resistance and durability.
Shell material: used to wrap the buoyancy material for protection and waterproofing. Generally, waterproof and wear-resistant fabrics such as nylon and polyester are used. These materials have good strength and tear resistance, and can withstand friction, collision and other situations that may be encountered in the water. At the same time, the color of the shell material is usually bright (such as orange and red) so that it can be easily found in the water.
Straps and buckles: including shoulder straps, belts, etc., used to firmly fix the life jacket to the user. The length of the straps can be adjusted to suit people of different sizes. The buckles must ensure that the connection is firm and will not loosen in the water. Common buckle types include plastic buckles, metal buckles, etc. Some high-end life jackets also use quick release buckles to facilitate rescuers to quickly unfasten the life jacket in an emergency.

This type of life jacket is relatively small in size, and some can be folded for easy carrying and storage.

Children's life jacket:
Features: Designed according to the physical characteristics of children, with small sizes and moderate buoyancy. Usually the buoyancy is between 75-100N to ensure that the child's body weight can be supported without causing excessive buoyancy impact on the child.
